Does anyone here know that if you send a requested document through VAC, do they send you its delivery notification via email or sms?

@Jhonny bro you just have to take that slip (containing the tracking ID) given against your application at their office and they will send it to the embassy without any charges..yes i sent it today.

CIC take 15 working days to reply to case specific inquiry .. if you dont get a reply within 15 w days , mail them again and mention that your 6th october inquiry was left unanswered by them.

That is why i sent through case specific inquiry and as they are saying they mailed me on 17th whereas i didnt receive any mail so i am not taking any risk and sending...

Bro i sent them my updated LOA on 21st sep without their request still they replied me with this email..so just to be on the safe side i think we should also submit LOA through VAC .. I have seen a few cases where they have rejected people by saying " you did not respond to our request" even...

It is a very good sign.. are you paper based or online applicant? Have you submitted medical?

By applying online you will not have to submit your passport to the CHC. They will ask you for your passport if they require.

You may check the checklist given by cic on their site for the required documents. One thing that is not mentioned in that checklist and which i believe justify your case is the statement of purpose which you have to make as strong as possible to convince the visa officer.. For upfront medical...

Yes i understand what you mean. But if I am not mistaken, if you had not taken the exam yourself (without their call) then you were also supposed to take the medical exam on their call and submit it through IOM?

I think it does not matter if I am a paper based applicant or online as both of us were waiting for a call and medical submission procedure is also the same for online and paper based applicants. On which ID did you mail them your medical?
