I appreciate this detailed information but I am confused as UE advised us to send an email informing them about our medicals completion. They havent mentioned about any scanned e-receipt or something.. I have sent them just a 2liner email confirming my medicals completion.

Congratulations buddy. I also got the still want to imm email on 9th sep and I replied the same day. Then a ghost update on 27th sep and profile went to submitted on 29th sep. Our timelines are quite identical... when was your original medicals expiring? Mine is nov 21.

Got "Still want to Immigrate" email on 7th sep 21, replied the same day. Got an email today that your application has been updated. Checked and found application went to processing and Counterfoils deleted. what should be next? I was expecting medical request instead of this email.

I agree, but they wrote reply to this email on this XXX email ID. I know it hardly makes any difference replying to same email trail and adding new email ID but I just want to be sure if we need to create a brand new email pointing the new email ID they shared.
