Hi Manish, You can call and can hear your status which is automated. Then, do the same procedure again and your call will be transferred to the agent. But, hopefully you won’t get wait time more than 30 minutes. I have always waited in the phone que for 30-35 minutes before talking to an agent.

I am gonna complete 5 months on 18th of this month. AOR on Jan 18, 2018 IP 1 as well!! We are very unfortunate. What kind of process they are doing, I can't understand!!

You may call to CIC call center. But, I am sure they will give you only ideal generic response. They won’t tell you about processing time of youe application
