It was strange for me too, but my cc was charge on Friday and I received PER on Monday :)

I am 12 May Applicant and my CC was charged just now!!!

Did you write an email to CIC? Or you may to call to post office in your country and check, if the package was received, because may be they couldn't contact you by different reasons.

Try to write an email about the status of your application.

Is there any 12th May Applicant, whose CC was not charged and package was not returned, and is there any hope?
