What is accepted as proof of residence in lieu of PR card? Copr?

Usually it takes 2 months. Nowadays several people are facing delays in receiving PR card. If one can apply without it(using copr), then why wait?

I was given 7 days to submit. While most of other IP2 folks receive their pprs within a week of their ip2, I'm still waiting even after 17 days.

I'm June 13 AOR. IP2 on 10th October but also received an ADR the same day for LoE regarding previous visa refusal that I forgot to mention in an application earlier. I uploaded LoE the next day but still status says reviewing adr. Not sure how long it will take for my ppr.

Yes received the reply for my CSE just now. It says that they have forwarded the information to responsible agent and that the agent will contact only if they need any further information from me.

I have raised a CSE as @legalfalcon suggested. It's been 12 days I haven't received any reply though. I think the turnaround time for CSE is two weeks. And as far as refusal letter is concerned, I don't think they ask for it.

@legalfalcon Only CSE is sufficient or do I have to write to VO as well?
