When you apply, your bank balance must be 3 months old with minimum balance throughout the time. My application was rejected for this issue.

You need to upload IELTS with the application. POF should be 3 months old at the time of application.

Maybe you forgot to mention the application no or wrong email address. Better check, and if found mistake resend
