In CIC website, they mentioned as : " Please note that FBI-approved channeler service is only available to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. " I am wondering how the FBI Channelers are giving clearance certificates to non-US citizens or non-residents ? Is it common, but not accepted...

Hi juluri, I am in confusion whether this channeler's approved FBI reports are valid for non-US citizen / non GC Holders ? Finger prints agent mentioned its accepting by CIC, but no where mentioned in the CIC website. Any idea ? Please share. Thank you!!!

Yes it is through FBI Approved channeler only. And the office people told that they have been applying the same report for PR purpose to many clients, roughly they are processing 15 applications per month. So far they haven't received any rejections from CIC. It is acceptable for PR application.

we applied through agency in fast track...they charged $500 and provided the report in 10 business days.

Do they provide salary certificate for the previous job that was left 18 months ago ?

Hi, My employer said that as per the company policy, they can not include salary details on my experience letter and they are providing all the other details as expected. Does it cause any issues ? Is it accepted to submit supporting documents like last payment revision letter or pay stubs...

Thankyou all...!!! Another question, as per BSL Canada PCC Check list, I have to send original documents for my passport and work permit and they are telling processing time may take 4- 6 weeks. That means we are locked for these 4- 6 weeks time ? we can't travel / appear for IELTS exam too...
