1. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe DC Reader
2. On the splash screen, click "Clear Recent Files"
3. Download the CIT0002 Form using Internet Explorer
4. Now you should be able to print

Also noticed that CIC changed the minimal income requirement (with NOA proof) from 2013-2015 periods to 2014-2016. This could have prevented a lot of people from rightfully apply, and awarded others for taking chances.
