you have to do this in order to get them access of your application as it contains your personal information. i did the same as well.

no,medical is not required for BOWP,details of intend work in canada you can leave blank as you are applying for open WP,and off course you are applying for a open work permit... may i please know,what's your eligibility in GCMS? thanks
