I have a feeling that once the Covid roadblock starts easing a bit, the files will move at a faster pace as the country is falling well behind it's Immigrant Intake Targets. High time to make substantial changes in the Family Reunification Programs.

Of course. They have employed one resource to exclusively take care of your file. The only problem it seems is that whoever that is, got infected and is in quarantine.

File transferred - no coz it say that they start work with file. status AR say that File transferred and they received but work didn`t start yet So it's reasonable to say that this is AOR2.

Sorry, this theory can't be right. The file was moved to Local Visa Office on March 9th. Got an email for that. No communication ever since until this status change today.
