I haven’t phoned but I have submitted a WebForm through the London Visa Office to see if my file is there as sometimes they don’t email you when it’s transferred. We shall see!

I got the email from CPC Sydney and then on my GC few days after AOR. They both came through at the same time. You also will have 30 days to submit them and usually they will have a link on GC that you can submit these through- that’s how I did it and they were uploaded immediately.
