    so what is a ghost update tho? I am sure i had 2, 1 was when I passed my medical exam, I again got another one and I think it's just ADR from "uploaded" changed to "reviewing". I had PAL about a month ago when they asked for PCC.

    Did you try to contact them at all? Is your Portal showing "your additional document has been uploaded" something like that?Did you submit your in some other ways too or just uploading online?

    I included that too in the original package but that RCMP wasn’t based on fingerprints so I guess that was why they asked again. They should’ve be more specific in the first place really.

    it specifically said to only choose 1 out of those 3 ways to send it. I wouldn't do both. It asked for the scan of the original... read the words carefully tho.
