That's his point he didn't receive AOR2. I didn't receive it either and my file was transferred there on august 26. Either that or my lawyer hasn't gotten around to sending it to me yet.

My husband has been in nz for 6 Years on a work permit. Our lawyer had put that out file go to Australia has a first option but it still went to India since my husband is a Indian citizen. I know this doesn't directly answer your question but hopefully it gives you somewhat of an idea.

Lol I know everyone has the right to voice their ideas, opinions,etc. But I really don't want to read pages and pages about whether it's 13 months or 18 months again.

I called them a couple of times. but they never seem to have a proper answer. But I did eventually receive the SA email from them in September. I never did receive AOR 2 but my file has been processing in NDVO as of August 26 th.

I was approved as a sponsor on August 10 th and I got the email on September 8th. I called a couple of times to see what was going on and the only answer they had was that they haven't gotten to sending the email yet. So don't worry you will eventually receive it.

everyone has to send their application to Ontario to be approved as a sponsor at first. Then once you're approved the file is sent to the country where your spouse is from. In our case India. So that means as stated on the website, It is 18 months.
