    My wife approved as sponsor but before that she had to stop her welfare. CIC is very strict on that. We should have very strong reason to satisfy CIC that why we take welfare. In 99.99% cases CIC refuses.

    My wife approved as sponsor on 26 september. Nothing mention that file is transfer to local visa office. My gckey account still shows reviewing ur eligibility. Is it normal? Anyone please guide me through this.

    I am june 27. I received first reply on 13th sep. also IMPORTANT they process our applications in order of fee receipt. Not first come first serve

    Hi. I don't think so. I am 1988 and my wife, she is 1982 and PR holder. Never ever work even for a single day. She just did FSc from Pakistan and I am UK graduate. Got married in July 17. We had no issues. There must b some other reason for ur refusal.

    The LVO does not deal with anymore applications from Pak since Aug 18. All our applications goes to Nova Soctia now. For Pak it is now Abu Dhabi.
