No i phoned yesterday and said it was open and live currently being worked on so im just going to let them do there thing and will phone again 01.09.2018 if i havent heard anything i dont think i will bother with notes

I heard that can make your application take longer so wait until nearish the end of 6 months to order the notes ?! Not sure if this is correct but wpuld make sense that they have to stop processing to sort the notes

That is correct you are not meant to call from overseas as I was told by CIC today on the phone. If they detect your number is from overseas sometimes it wont conect. I phoned using google dialer
