Wait some more days, they may be send it by your given mailing address. It was send on sep 1, today is Sep 4 started, so wait a bit. You will get some package for sure. Raise CSE after 1 week if dont get any thing from their end.

No, there is no specific list of ghost agent in BD, but you must be a part of visa center group (can check this at your GCMS to make sure). So wait like others until they ask you for anything. But it may take time.

Not only SGVO brother checked other topics, applicants of all others VOs got 2nd line update. So we can say the ecas update operator wake up from sleep and start data entry :P :P :P

I got one point to clarify, as we got 2nd line in ecas as processing started (not 3rd line) it mean its older ecas system not the new 9 line ecas process. As per previous experience 2nd line update means MR on the way or eligibility review done or may need additional documents (in some cases)...

GCMS note is up to you brother, because it will not harm your file processing and CSE an automated reply will get every time but SGVO reply no one knows. I raised 2-3 CSE at January but yet got no reply. As they mentioned our file processing time is 40 months now so any CSE about delay or update...
