    Yo should receive it anytime next week... It used to take them 8 to 10 days but recently, people whose application reached on 23rd, received aor on 25. In short, it basically depends on how many application they received along with ur application. My guess, u should receive it Monday or Tuesday...

    If you have got spot ita... Means they handed u ita in session, you do not need to have eoi in the application (since u actually handed it to George I guess)... But if u received ITA in email (meaning u sent EOI and waited for email and in 2 months u received an email inviting to apply)...

    What were you doing in seminar than? It was all explained. If they could not explain you, I cannot. If you do not have any connection with NB and are not a part of open category NOC, then you need to attend seminar - that's the ticket to send EOI. U can use that ticket for 2 years. Take care
