Hi.. me too sailing in same boat like u. Applied for remarking. 2weeks past. Still minimum 2 maximum 8 weeks I need to wait. It's actually better to resit IELTS. WAITING TIME SUCKS.. or else apply for remark and resit IELTS as well. Good luck to whichever option u chose.

Ahh.. ignore it. I suggest you and many of our friends here a simple IELTS essay writing book "how to write at a 9 level" by Ryan T. Higgins. Best book.. I initially scored a 6.5. I jus came across this book only a day before my second attempt... I got 7.5 in writing! more than the score I got...

Y Y u did not think of remarking ur IELTS ?!!! In which section u r running short?! Of course resitting an IELTS test is the best option anyways. (I m in similar situation and I applied for remark in speaking. Jus 0.5 is all that I need for my score to get to 430)

Thank u for the clarity. Will applying for remark in more than one section do take more time for the results ?! Any idea?! In my case I selected writing too though I really didn't look for any increase as such. :(

More than knowing the CRS cut off for today's draw (yes today I HOPE.. wats there in tat?:D) I m very much curious in knowing the score distribution (obvious as i m at 384 :oops::p) still many of my friends here with much higher CRS would agree with me though !!;)

One good thing that happens when IRCC delays a draw is they need to push for consecutive draws following that draw as they need to maintain their work load in documentation checks and monthly targets. Apparently CRS will reduce quickly with subsequent quick draws! Correct me if I m wrong!
