I sent my documents through express canada post and according to tracking, those were delivered. As I know, no one got an email from Saskatoon office for the confirmation that they received the documents.

Email was mentioned on the COPR letter and phone number is 639-916-2615.. I tried the number plenty of times but everytime it went to voicemail.

Yes, :( I sent them an email .. and got a reply that they are closed until further notice and will process the PR card once staff are allowed to return to the office. They mentioned that it’s already stated in your letter that you can expect the delays.o_Oo_O

You can sign in your gc key account and then click on add(link) your application to account and put the details and it will be linked up.

Even COVID cases are less in Saskatchewan. Still ircc office is closed..... like seriously o_O.

Congratulations.. :) You are lucky.... I don’t know what Saskatoon people are doing :( I sent them an email this is what i got as a response.... Like seriously?? Due to COVID 19, all IRCC offices are currently closed until further notice. We will process the Permanent Resident card photos once...

Omg ....Looks like they are so busy. whereas they should be the least busiest but don’t know what are they doing..

Oh okay..... I just noticed SINP and thought it’s at Saskatoon office. I wish this could be true. I was also thinking that they will be not that busy but people haven’t heard anything back from Saskatoon office. Even Ottawa, Etobicoke, Montreal have already started working on Pr card :).. But...

That’s goood.. I’ve just got a hope that at least someone saw ghost update in gc key from Saskatoon office. Is there any change after the ghost update..... Also when did they receive your documents?

You will not get any notification in gc key when they will receive the results. It will be updated once you passed the medical. Make sure whenever you will be done with your upfront medical, submit your e-medical sheet through web form and after few days you will get the email about confirmation...

I have also sent Copr letter along with 1 photo on 28 September . Lets's see how long it's gonna take. I also have one question, some of people have mentioned that they have sent 2 photos?? I have sent one photo as it was mentioned on the letter, so there will be no problem??? Right

You will get your COPR letter in couple of days. Don't worry. :) Some of people got copr letter in few days whereas others got in couple of weeks.
