congratulations.. i have a question.. On Jan 7, did the CIC agent say "Security not Started"? In that case, do you think it got started after Jan 7 and was completed in a day or 2? Or was it that although the CIC agent said security not started but actually it had started and the agent did not...

yes this number works.. you just need to be lucky.. if too many people are calling then you won't get an agent.. else you will get a wait time of about 30-40 minutes..
