There's no harm in trying anything that will ease your mind. I know some on here will say to just be patient, but it's a very stressful endeavor and I completely understand!

Ok, glad someone in same boat. I think one of the updates was a glitch in which many people received one at the same time. Did you redo your medicals? Mine is now expired but wasn't at the time of submitting the application, so not sure if they will request a new one.
