My status changed to decision made just now and i have submitted my remedical on 4 jan 2016

yes ot is not a good sign they changes all applicants status to in process even of 2015 applicants

yes my starus is in three lines but i think it is just status as of after june applicants...i think not soo much pf applicants can be in process in just one day ithink by default they changed all applicants status to in process
