I sent passport on 24 may reached on 25th but i called ottawa office today they said they received on 29 May and its in process of printing queue. why this delay i don't understand and how long it'll take now please tell if anybody know.....

I already sent email to them for VO change for my spouse so should i have to send fax instead??.

No i filled in India even i was in India at the time of submitting my application. But my question is should i have to send my passport now and later send my wife passport to Delhi when cic reply with instructions or should i have wait for cic to reply??

She never visited Canada don't have visa. So i sent an email to CPC ottawa about this situation to request VO change for her. So can i send my passport to ottawa now??
