I agree, just seeing the numbers: 1636 persons (before bill 9, not victims) 449 persons - new profiles - without application before bill 9. People insist that the 18K has priority... I don't see this happening.

We can see only 9% of the 18K with the invitations issued, it's sad for the other 91%, but at the same time is nice to see the process moving based on the market needs and giving the chance to other people with the best match to receive the CSQ doesn't matter if they applied in 1990 or 2020.
