Can you request the CBSA to stay the deportation order until a decision is made on your H&c application? Or If something changed in your circumstances, do you have option to apply for second PRRA?

Go back to India, as it was a condition in your job contract. If you have PR, you can always come back to Canada. You just need 2 years within 5 years to renew your PR card. In such scenario, you will be safe to travel to both countries in future.

Nope it was not PGWP, it was BOWP. Studied from u of c. Did Masters in Communication Studies. It's more than 10 months for BOWP

Time line is slightly different for the people who apply for PGWP or first time work permit, from those who apply for BOWP or work permit extension.

I also applied for bowp last year. File was transferred to Edmonton office on 13th December. Haven't heard anything from them afterwards.

Is there anyone who have received Procedural Fairness Letter and have requested for humanitarian and compassionate considerations? When should we expect a response. (We have applied for inland economic class permanent residence.)
