When was your wife's passport issued ? I visited PSK and they told me for all passports issued in 2017 and 2018,PCC will be given on same day.

You need to wait for 2-3 Business days before your documents will show as received by WES.

I have never tried to open up the transcripts,but I think it's same as the mark sheet with red seal.

What about the police physical verification at the given address ?I know one person who has applied for PCC and haven't got PCC due to police verification not done for more than 2 weeks.

CA Inter won't give you any additional benefit.WES evaluate only completed degree. Try to search in the forum,many people with CA Inter couldn't get their evaluation completed due to full course not completed.

Rs715 was the exact amount that I paid.I'm not sure if final delivery is done by DHL or DTDC directly,but it took one day for them to update that the package has been delivered to IQAS.

I used DTDC and cost was $10 from India to IQAS.Delivery in flat 4 days.
