The thing is we actually dont knw what is going on with our files. We cannot guarantee IP2 = file approved. I saw in June thread, a guy has moved to IP2 bt yet, the security hasnt started.. These stages are really unpredictable,for some ppl, IP2 means the approval, but for some it is not...
