Personally i think it's better to inform them. You don't want them to find out themselves, which is more likely to happen, as you may jeopardize your own application and may not be able to apply again in the future due to misrepresentation. Sorry to say that but it's really our own...

From my understanding, visa is only for entering the country. If you are looking to travel, you don't need anything; if you are looking to study, you need a study permit; if you are looking to work, you need a work permit. Therefore, if you are being interviewed, it shows your intention to work...

congrats! Just curious about how you get the extension of pgwp? from my understanding pgwp is once in a lifetime without extension. did you just apply for an open work permit instead?

I will say rejection due to incompleteness is less likely to happen now for Jan applicants according to the tracker. However, there is still other possible cause for rejection after they review the details in the application, for example proof of fund, job reference letter etc.
