HI, My filed (spousal sponsorship) moved to new delhi visa office 3 months back after that nothing happened, is their any chances of rejection after that, i have some complications in my case, please tell. from last 3 months they are doing background and eligibility.

mine file too transfer to NDVO on 6 nov, no update after that but why they are taking more than a month to check background and eligibilty

Its been more than a month that my file is being transferred to New Delhi visa office, from last month they are showing background check and eligibilty in progress, anyone knows how much time app it takes
