According to the checklist, there are two modes of paying your fees: (1) Payment of fees on the internet; OR (2) Payment of fees using the Fee Payment Form. Apparently, you availed of the two modes. Since your application has been sent out, all you have to do is pray and hope for the best...

Congratulations! There's no need to submit bank certificate. I did not include the same in our application to CIO. But just be ready because your Visa Office might ask for it any time. And also, be sure to use the latest forms available in the CIC's website. God bless!

You can use the credit card of your brother. Refer to IMM5620E or the Fee Payment Form, there's a blank space there where you are asked to put the name of payer (if different from the principal applicant). Check out this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf All the best!
