    MARCH 2017 *OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANT*

I don't think it is about luck. Maybe there is something in the procedures that flags these different addresses, we might not be aware of it. In any case, it is better to keep the addresses same, unless really required.

i don't know how they are working with the new applications. but it seems that they want to provide all the information to the local VO at the time when they do look at the file. I think this is to decrease the decision-making time taken by the local VO, but only god knows- what to expect with...

NEW DELHI (NDVO) - 2016 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE CANADA

Yes, they will cancel any other Canadian visa that you may have. This is primarily to reflect on the fact that one can not have multiple statuses in Canada. As you have mentioned, CoPR is essentially a SINGLE entry visa, it is further canceled once you cross the Canadian border. Hope that helps.

NOA for 2016 will only be available if one has filed taxes for 2016 and that the return has been processed by CRA (Canada Revenue Agency). CIC mentions sending the "last" NOA Received, could be 2015 or 2016. Hope that helps. Personally, I submitted NOA for 2015 and nothing for 2016.
