Well said. Some idiots are so desperate that they apply for it anyway, even though they know that they dont meet the Income requirements. Thinking that it will go unnoticed. So freaken dumb.

IRCC can ask for proof of income anytime, even after the invitation is received, till your parents are here.

IRCC send a wrong message out there. Now, people who failed last time are going to get together and file another lawsuit with even more numbers.

Refile the return with "More" income. Hmmmm. So, you cheated on your income tax returns. This is a Federal crime and CRA may press charges on you and they will start looking into your past years' tax filings. Do not open the can of worms. Dont do anything illegal. Canada is very strict.

I dont get it. Whats the big deal. If those documents are not worth it, does it matter they put 'X' across or rip it in half. Dont get emotional attached to small things like that. There are sooooo many other big things to worry about other than a piece of paper which is not even valid anymore.

I am not going to argue but there is NO WAY they are going back to Lottery. Majority of the people here will agree with me. Such petitions like you said are being filed every single day, results in Nothing.

There are pretty good chances that the program will be same. IRCC didnt gave a damn when prople complained about lottery.
