cempjwi: I think most part of it about the number of officers working in the VOs respectively. I doubt that most of the VOs have enough officers to expedite the files! It is just my guess, and reading from many posts over the months in the past.

Mehfuza: PLEASE read your letter/Email of approval from CPC-M that you received upon your application approval (Stage-1). You should have a copy of that letter/Email. It says every single steps of updating your application or file. Hope this helps.
