Hi Guys, I have my married last name on my passport and my maiden last name on my Birth Certificate. Do i need to attach any explanation letter OR is it self explanatory through my marriage certificate ??

I don’t think you, for visitor you don’t take undertaking as it’s just for 6 months or so.

Hi Thanks so much, so my school and college certificates has a different middle name for my mother from her passport. First and last name is same , would that work ? Does a affidavit would work instead ?
