Any update on AORs from October, 2018?

Honestly it all depends who is looking at our cases. Every officer has a different processing speed. We may all fall in the same time frame in terms of AORs yet we don't know whose number is next :)

That's a great news. You will not only get your PR approved but also you will not have to do any landing inside Canada which happens in normal process. Time to celebrate!!!

Is there actually a way to protest against frustration us (CEC applicants) have to go through?

I know a little about info. sharing. It's basically your profile/information gets shared with the US Govt. I guess it's another screening thing. It's done in parallel with your eligibility and criminality which is basically IPI2.

honestly it all depends on the agent. When I called in the first time, the agent was not that helpful and she basically read what was written online. However, the second time, I had a different agent who provided a clear breakdown of my application. So, may be try calling them another time.
