The draw took place on Oct 15, 12:11 PM UTC, so if you updated your profile later than this time, you will have to wait for the next draw

Also, just check the time to see if you managed to update your profile before the draw time

What does your status read in the profile page which shows all your forms? If it says Transmitted, then you are good

WES is quite fast as well if you follow up with them. I got mine in 20 business days

On 440?

Another myth busted. It doesn't matter when you submit or update your EE profile as long as it is before the EE draw time. I submitted my profile exactly 30 minutes before the draw and got my ITA. Posting as I was searching for an answer to this question myself before.

Huh? How did you even get the ITA in the first place if u didn’t have 440?

I think it’s the date. Some people with 440 have their ITAs already, but others with 491 haven’t yet

Don’t mislead. Only the tiebreak cutoff is Sep 18. His score is well above the minimum, so cutoff date doesn’t matter

Definitely possible. I wouldn't be surprised if the score drops to 438/439 in the next draw
