hi everyone! im extending my work permit with the same employer. in my lmo, i have 2 years, but they issued me 1 year only bec my passport is about to expire. i still have a remaining year. now that i received my new passport, what docs do i need to pass if i apply online? how will they know...

somebody told me online application is ok. but i dont know exactly the requirements. trying to call the hotline but it's so busy that i cant get thru with the call center agent. :(
