olansky.. just received ur MR few minutes ago.. on the email it is stated na we need to pay for RPRF with 30 days. email came from CEM. question.. how do we pay for RPRF? bank draft in CAD$ tapos? drop box lang sa CEM? with a copy of the email? ganon lang?

olansky, i called them just now.. clinic hours is monday-friday 730 to 2pm only. that is the only info i got from the guard who answered the phone ??? does slmc extension have the same clinic hours?

oh.. that's interesting.. IOM is a newly accredited clinic! and conveniently located in Makati!

hi bagaholic.. sorry to hear that they returned your application. from what i have read here in the forum some have sent a new application package even before they receive the returned one. did you keep a copy of the filled out forms before you sent it to CIO?

whew! and here it thought Manila VO is affected.. why o why is there no MR movement for the November applicants! :'(

hello bagaholic, yes i did include 2 pcs self addressed whatchamacallit.. ;D i just printed on plain paper included it in the package i strictly followed the checklist, i assumed since i was sending the package to CIO i should follow their checklist right?

hi FIDO, in our application we only sent a COPY of the nomination letter/certificate. we based everything on the checklist from CIO.. imm5690E. on the nomination letter it says send the original to CIO. but we followed the checklist/instruction from CIO.

how much is the medical fee?

oh..it says "We received your application for permanent residence on December 10, 2012." :)
