dingdong A siguro give or take 1-2 days pa kasi inabot kayo ng good friday/easter monday na holiday :) buti ang april 9 next week hinde holiday sa embassy :P

I experienced that also starting yesterday. Even for the main cic.gc.ca page for the ecas. It seems the security certificate for that particular page expired yesterday so when you sign in if you click proceed it is not HTTPS or secured.

yup phone lang.. wala silang website. when you call them start early like 8am.... pag after 12nn ka tumawag guard na ang sasagot kasi hanggang 1pm lang yata sila. may ibibigay silang instructions sa iyo thru phone..
