File Lodged - Oct 29th Medical Updated - Nov 19th Refusal - 27th Feb I have 4 visitor visa refusals earlier . This was firat time for study permit.

Hi Everyone i got refusal today with generic reason. That they believe applicant will not leave canada, It is majorly because i had previous visitor visa refusal. Please advise what should i do. I including maximum documents in my file.

My agent told me about this case dont kmow personally. He suggested to wait 2-3 weeks more and then withdraw - relodge.

I am 29th oct. Still waiting .

So today i heard that sometimes the file goes to deactive agents and we have to revoke our file abd resubmit. I am thinking to that . Someone was waiting since april 2022 and she did the same and got visa in 19 days.

Probably they are doing screening as i have visitor visa refusals 4 times earlier.

Can i order ATIP when file is in review ?

Have you raised any webform ? I did in Jan to inform about deferral bit nothing ?
