Hi, AOR 7th sept I called up cic, got to know that Eligibility: under review Criminality: not started Security: not started VO: Ottawa GCMS raised last month still no respose. Any idea why hasn’t my eligibility still not met...

Hi, AOR sept.... My consultant applied for GCMS notes on 25th Feb so far no response... Also web form raised by agent but nothing on that as well... any idea what to be done next... Should i apply for notes again thru gcms buddy myself or wait for the response from the cic..

Actually that’s the most frustrating part... you have to think before taking any decision coz of the application going on simultaneously... can’t plan things ahead coz dnt know what is going to happen next and when..... I guess the whole process took around a year to reach ITA and now just wait...

I still stuck at IP1 stage... no clue whats going on with my application. My consultant ordered GCMS one month back but haven’t heard anything yet... :(

7th sep... i called them a month back.. i did not asked about the office... just enquired about my application... if any info or doc required... thats it..

I just hope so... really anxious and worried though... Lets hope best and positive for all of us who are still waiting...

Hi, i am in the same situation. Still BC not started. When asked cic one month back she said we dnt need any doc and just said that may be officer hasn’t updated yet... she sounded bit cold while saying this, so no clue wether it was meant positive or negative... i already crossed 6 months 16...

Ok... take advice from the consultant lawyers to guide u into right direction.. May be it could help...

Am really sorry to hear this.. did u pay the RPRF. Or did cic requested u to pay RPRF fee before coming to this decision...

It says- eligibility - we are reviewing whether u meet the eligibility. Add docs- we are reviewing the additional docs provided BC- ur application is in progress. We will notify when we start ur BC

How do we get to know about criminality, security as the profile only mentions BC? Did u asked over the call? I have no clue about mine...

I got a request for the payment... since then no update...

Hi, My AOR is first week of sept. Med passed in October and paid RPRF in the same month. Since then no update till now. BC still not started, called IRCC but got nothing. Also raised GCMS notes but haven’t received any response so far.. Is someone in similar situation!!
