Anyone have a clear format of Job Validation Offer, my Prof has no idea what to write in there. Should it include salary, job description and working schedule ? Does it need when should I start the job as well ?

They send me an interview letter 3 weeks after. So if you don't want to do Interview, the best way is to clear TEFAQ, ask for re-evaluation by yourself to get B2 and submit to MIDI. With kind regards !
