I just found this thread and somebody said their partner didnt file taxes for 15 years, here is the reply: about the option C - I am not sure why your partner has never filed taxes. If it is because he was out of Canada, then it should be no problem - my partner did that, and he explained why...

Oh Oh .. this is alot more than I thought. see option C printout from CRA is a requirement - there are exceptions*** I think senior members would be able to reply you in detail. I would say look at the forms on your own in detail - it will help you a lot. there is always a way out.

Yes she can but since shes been living there for a while you will need to prove them that she will come back. I heard even if u r a citizen dont live outside of Canada** for more than 3 months or else it raises red flags. she needs to provide her current tax return. income is not a requirement...

I know im asking for too much work but just do one thing only if its possible to like separate 2010,2011 and 2012 people and go according to months so that we have a clear picture of somebody who applied in april 2012 got done before a january 2012 applicant (which is in our dreams) but still...

I got a question! see currently I work part time at a store. next semester is about 5 courses for me and im thinkin to quit work .. is it going to negatively impact my file as I already told them I work part time. Will I have to send in new forms or what?

Not really depends on case to case. There are still a few 2010 cases stuck and waiting for PPR and we have a few 2012 cases already being processed. usually 16, 18 or 20 months.
