PPR 2 email it clearly states that "you should be without passport for 4 weeks if you don't receive it by then, then contact our office" .. so yes its a problem they have his passport for over a month .. but its not a security, background or criminality issue .. I read on skilled worker's forum...

dont type up a new email .. try to reply on your ppr 2 email. I'm sure they will send it to the correct person right away who deals with Isb embassy

Why dont u email London office and complain for so much delay?? .. This is really furstrating Call Chc isb for your passport inquire i suggest as u already pass 4 weeks

11 months times for London citizens only who apply for spousal PR .. Applications from Pakistan will be consider timeline which decided by CIC 33 months. (London office is just sharing workload) And they have no criteria some of members i have seen done with everything in 15 months .. And some...

Lucky u MashAllah so many membres still waitng for passport get stemp .. I dont think they take much long wait couple of week and then again send inquire @ cic london office.
