For IELTS and WES, you would already have updates number in your profile and they could validate directly based on that. Ontario nomination also goes through CIC as you have 600 points and no way to fake that. But upload these documents just to be safe.

Send letter to ontarionominee official Id, they have only one check the website of oinp and confirm. When your profile expires, you get message in your profile with pdf for that, same for when you create a new profile you get message for minimum requirements met.

They issue NOI based on your profile and then only you can apply. You need nomination letter with application. You just need to allow Ontario to contact you while creating express entry profiles and they will contact you if you are selected

I think you should continue till ITA submission with current passport (if they have issued pcc). Update passport later with reason during ITA stages. That’s my opinion, people who have gone through eAPR can suggest better.

Less chances for it to happen on dec 25th week. But last year during same time it happened on 2 weeks back to back In December before 25th week and then directly Mid-jan.

Yes, but that's only for WES and one another assessment aurhority(forgot name). They have mentioned assessment authorities where you require additional steps, and ones not mentioned do not require additional steps. At least that's what I understand

Question regarding ADR, what is the time given to submit additional documents in general? I would be travelling without internet access for 10 days so bit worried in case I get ADR when I am not able to check and reply.

I submitted on 5th Sept and changed to Assessment on 7th Oct.

I have done through IQAS. I don't think there are any specific steps required for IQAS (like WES) as per application guide. Please inform if there are though.
