Yeah i also remember 1 guy from new zealand having eligibility not met due to noc mismatch, after knowing that he send detailed LoE and after 3 months he got PPR mail..his username is NZ_ozzie

Now as you have done your part its time to relax and wait for the case officer to review your additional documents and clear your eligibility..all the best..i am also in same situation as yours.

Oh thats sad, do you know which document is not considered by the case officer that resulted in eligibility not met?

When i spoke to ircc agent, she told my file is at NS sydney but after 1 month i got to know from goodale's email that file is at CPC Ottawa. Don't know whom to trust.

I got to know 'eligibility not met' by calling ircc and mailing goodale. I received gcms later and there was no information about eligibility, enquired this with immigration_guru and he told about hidden info.

Thats what i also got to know, they cannot disclose any information that was obtained or prepared in the course of their investigation.

Yes correct, i am also in same situation so uploaded reference letter and loe through webform after going through my application and did not wait for the gcms to come. Even received gcms but it has hidden information which means there is nothing mentioned about eligibilty. Hoping that the case...

I was in the same situation and uploaded the reference letter on 28th June and got confirmation mail on 9th July that your documents has been received and forwarded to case officer for consideration. My Aor is 29th Jan.fingers crossed lets see when the case officer reviews that new document and...

I sent mail today in the same format at 6.15PM indian time and received reply at 9.20PM indian time. Thanks @Wahegurujee for providing correct format and email id. I called ircc twice before but they didn't tell the truth.
