All CEC express entry is having the same challenge. I have a similar timeline May 03 AOR,CEC, Medical passed on May 24th and then no status change for the 2+ months.

@KiranK and @varungole I was trying to contact the IRCC on the 1888 242 2100 number as I have received one of the PCC (where originally I had submitted only the proof of request) and want to check if I have to send it through CSE. However, the automated call takes me upto the point of reading...

CEC has been slow and just in the past week we see one or two Medical pass. So yours may happen soon too. If you are inland, then try the number CIC at 1-888-242-2100 to contact them. There is one more number 1-613-944-4000 or you can email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with the application number...

Wow thats a very very helpful information. Thank you @Varun84 for sharing the same. So is this like a number to call where they give you information without quoting the timeline of 6 months? Also, is there any indication they gave on whats this whole delay for CEC about or is it too much to ask :)

May/June AOR CEC. Anyone passed meds yet?

Interesting to know about this however just curious why wouldnt they pull the guys working on FSW to do that and why the CEC guys who are processing it.. Just that FSW is overflowing and while I am happy for them, there are people here within the country waiting and impacted coz they need to...

It just indicates the acknowledgement that document has been received. After that status sometimes changes (in my case it did but same status for 2 months though) that additional document being reviewed. Lastly no additional documents required could be the status change.

Hi Does anyone know, what does it mean if the application is still in the Centralized office Sydney, Nova-Scotia? CEC Inland and status has been in IP1 for 2 months now and hence sent an email to check where I got a response to indicate it is still in the Centralized office. Any insight into...

Sailing in the same boat.. May 03rd AOR CEC inland and 24th May is medicall passed and IP1 after which same status all the way through. Well can only hope for the best.. But when I check April tracker, I do see that CEC is receiving some updates though not full swing as FSW :) Its making things...

I would think so the risk is low for sure. There is a clause for rejecting for medical reasons but thats only incase someone who may prove to be expensive to the country from medical expenses perspective. I am sure you will not be in that category. So good luck and look forward for the PPR soon!!

I have heard that Medical and BGC are separate streams while the norm is to have the Medical first and then the Background check but there has been out of norm cases. So dont worry you are in IP2 from the wordings of it :)
