So my wife was requested additional documents Aug. 14 from the Manila Visa Office. We only learnt of this TODAY. From the MPA. Like I told you, I knew this was gonna happen. Didn't I tell you? Didn't I tell you those people are gonna mess up and send something but we'll never get it?

What's an excessive demand exempt?

In her case, if her condition is not treated it leads to death. Treatment is what's keeping her from potential death. Putting that word in there is already serious. So yes I'm worried. :(

We put NO to k) because we don't consider her disease to be serious at all. But after some google time and some time on the phone with the MPA, it turns out they both say it's a serious disease. She mentioned her disease on the medical and the surgeries she had. Seriously? A couple of years for...

OK I read the link. So most likely my wife will have to redo her medical because she hasn't received a PPR, which means they haven't made their decision yet. The link says if no decision has been made and the medical expired, they will ask her to re-do it. Right? Or it's possible the decision...
