I agree! They don't even apologize or even ACKNOWLEDGE they make mistakes when they send your applications to the wrong country like India, or claim they send e-mails you never receive.

Regarding "File No.: B......." I spoke to CIC support and they had no idea what to do, they confused us even more. They claimed to leave that section blank as if it is for office use only (form does not say office use only) and write a little note and provide the F number.... What do you guys...

OK, but my question is why are they asking for a B number if I have nothing like that? Furthermore, are you saying it is OK to cross out the B and use the F number?

They sent the PPR with the F number. The F # is everywhere. Except for that B. It's extremely out of place. I tried logging in with B, no effect. Any other ideas? What is going on?
