Does anyone know if the process of the 3 months wait is restarted once they receive the "incomplete" forms, or do they process it right away? I heard someone here said it will take only 2 weeks since they get the document to get back to my application. Can we have confirmation please? Thanks...

It's true, they are very rude and they don't listen to what you have to say. They seem like broken records, they are not helpful at all... Why do they even have a job there? It feels like it's just for show! They have grown corrupt because of job safety so they don't really care how they treat...

What about the legend they have? There's a 3-step legend in there "in progress", "withdrawn", and "decision made". Do you know where that is supposed to show?
